KM acted as court-appointed co-lead counsel on behalf of a putative class of investors alleging that JPMorgan manipulated U.S. Treasury futures and options in violation of the Commodity Exchange Act, 7 U.S.C. §§ 1, et seq. (the “CEA”) and the common law.  The case resulted in a settlement of $15.7 million.
